Hourly EE working full time/entitled to health Benefits?

I have a hourly EE who is only going to be working for the summer full time (35 hours). They only worked about 12 hours per week during school, since they are going full time are they entitled to health benefits automaticly?
We offer our benefits to our full time salaried EE's.

What does you plan doc say? Ours refers to regularly sheduled full time workers. If someone at our plant was working full time hours temporarily I would not classify them as eligible.

We have had local university students who worked part-time up till graduation, then we took them on full time. Once committed to a regular, full-time schedule, we offered them all the benefits.

Our plan document also specfies regular, full-time workers. If they are just going to work f/t during summer, with no anticipation of permanent f/t work, then we classify them as full-time/ seasonal, and do not offer benefits.
