Mandatory OT in Oregon

Ok... now I really know this answer...but "just in case".... I thought I better ask. I am being told by an employee that in OREGON, a company cannot MAKE an employee work OT.. !!??
I can't believe that is true -- obviously, there are times when we need someone to work OT and if they don't want to, they don't have to???
