There are SO many books out there - can anyone provide me with a good book to use regarding Wage & Hour laws.

I have recently purchased teh HR How - to Wage- House Second Edition for CCHKnowledgepoint. I think this is a good SIMPLE reference. However only covers Federal. (800-248-3248 or hr.cch.com. Printed in 2004) I like my HR Hero newsletters to keep me updated on the state issues.

If you are a muni, the Thompson Fair Labor Standards Handbook for States, Local Governments and Schools is excellant. I have a couple of others for private sector but am really not happy with the scope of either. I frequently just go looking in the regs.
