Is this compensable?:

I am looking for your input...

My husband's employer is putting in a new timekeeping system. In doing so, the employees (non-exempt) are being informed that they will be required to verify the information for their time on a daily basis. The problem is that they cannot do this until AFTER they have punched out for the day. They are being told they will have to wait for their "timesheet" to print (only one printer available for all 50+ employees) and then go through them before they leave for the day. This could take anywhere from 5-15 minutes depending on the information.

Since they will already have punched out, this additional time is not being paid. Shouldn't this be something that the EE is paid for?

Thanks for the help.
