pay grid matrix

Does anyone have a pay grid they would be willing to share? I am trying to get one with a salary structure for several levels displaying of course minimum, mid-range,and maximum but also I want to have one based on years of experience? I guess I would have to come up with two but getting started has become a problem.

Any assistance would be appreciated...

Are you talking about a table where positions are graded and steps for longevity are included? Sort of like what a government uses?
