wage & hour

I have to conduct FLSA training next week for our managers. Does anyone have any good resources they could share? Thanks.

 • Yes - do a search on this site for the type of wage & hour questions you need answered. Also, check out your state website for any state specific wage & hour laws & then go to this site to answer federal questions: http://www.dol.gov/dol/compliance/comp-flsa.htm

 • As mwild points out, there is a lot of information about the FLSA on this website. If you're a state Employment Law Letter subscriber, you have access to an in-depth HR Executive Special Report on the subject: “Defusing the Overtime Bomb: How to Comply with the FLSA." Simply log in on the home page and scroll down to the link for all the Special Report titles. If you need help or have lost your password, call customer service at (800) 274-6774. If you're not a subscriber, the report is still available for a small fee. (To the left of this screen, under the subsection "Ways We Can Help," click on "Special Reports.") Hope this helps. tk
