We live 90 miles from a major metropolitan area. There is no published local wage and salary information. Our employees go online to sites publishing wage information for our local area but I know that the information is pulled from from the large metropolitian market.
I recently tried to conduct my own wage and salary survey but most businesses are not allowing their HR departments to release that information any longer (6 years ago I published a survey I did). The local goverment agencies have out dated information.
Any suggestions?
