Camp duty pay

I am located in Washington State. One of our departments serves developmentally disabled. Some of the people we serve are gearing up for summer camp. Our Home Care Aides will be travelling with these clients and assisting them during their week at camp, but also enjoying some of the activities at camp. Must we pay for all 24 hours each day at camp? Any and all suggestions/references would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
