Commissions for Sales Reps

I was wondering how other companies pay commissions to there sales reps? We pay commissions twice a year to our sales reps.

since our reps are commission only...we pay bi monthly.

We pay our commissions on a monthly basis - the first week of the month for the previous month's commissions.
