Bi-weekly Pay Period

Do you any of you sign a statement with the DOL allowing your organization to pay your employees on a bi-weekly basis each year?s there such a law requiring employers to request permission to pay bi-weekly? My Personnel Director thought in her old job this was done on a 5 year basis with the DOL.

Never heard of such. Although most states do have such laws, there is no federal law that sets out how often or in what form employers must pay wages to employees.
