Wage Garnishments

Do any of you have policies regarding disciplinary action for receiving wage garnishments? Ours currently says that you may be terminated if you incur more than 2 wage garnishments in one year. We have an employee with 2 current garnishments, who now anticipates getting a 3rd. We are considering termination of this employee. Wonder if we would be supported then if we protest her unemployment.
I would be pleased to receive sample policies and wording from others too.

garnishments. After he got the fifth one, he quit -presumably to escape
the garnishments. About a year after he left, he asked for his job back.
In California , all new hires are reported to the State. It takes about a year
after hire for any State garnishments to start rolling in. Was this guy again trying to escape ?
