HR Salary
HR Surprise

I am really excited about the ability to access salary survey data in the near future. I know this is a really "touchy" subject, but I am trying to provide documentation/justification for a new salary range classification for our HR Director job description. Everything I have found on the web sites is so far out of line with the current HR salary range (or should I say, our range is so out of line with current stats?!). Anyway, I would really appreciate some input if you wouldn't consider it too personal. I'm not asking for your specific salary - just the range you use.
Thank you!!!
Thank you!!!

My personal observations about the state and having been a job seeker, there are core HR markets in areas like as Parsippany, Princeton, Woodbridge, and similar with large pockets of employers creating more competition and increase salary demands for talent. Once you get out of these areas, like Central Western where I am, job availability dwindles along with salaries. Feel free to email me directly if I can help you with any specifics. The state is AZ, the business is medical not-for-profit(not a hospital)
Thank you!
