May an employer in NJ not pay their employees for time spent fueling their vehicles?
I know of a trucking firm who does not pay their employees for their time spent while fueling their trucks. I am of the understanding that in NJ an employee must be paid for all hours worked. Does the trucking industry have exceptions?
