Tufts Health Plan and ADP Total Source

Hi. We currently offer Blue Cross Blue Shield but have considered switching to Tufts/Cigna Health plan through ADP Total Sources.

Anyone have an opinion regarding Tufts/Cigna as a health insurance provider?

Anyone currently using ADP Toal Source? If so, are you pleased with product overall?

Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Cathleen - we are a current ADP TotalSource user, and we are actually firing them as of 1/1/09. The fees are astronomical, and often hidden, and the customer service is less than helpful.

You are essentially paying for an HR department...I would highly highly highly recommend doing it on y our own, and not using the PEO.
