Have any of you ever used any type of a scratch off card or an E-Card for employee incentive program. If so, where did you end up purchasing the scratch off cards and what types of prizes did you offer?

I read in HR Magazine where these type of small incentives are gaining in popularity and was just wondering if any of you have ever tried this in your organization and how successful was it?

I haven't seen any scratch offs designed specifically for employee incentive purposes, but you might be able to adapt "pull tabs" for such use. Try googleing bingo supplies. If you aren't familiar with pull tabs, they are a card with five rows of tabs covering five symbols on each row. Normally the cards sell for $1.00. The buyer lifts the tabs to see if they have 3 matching symbols on the same line. If so, they win the $ prize amount stated. You could set a prize value or type for each $ amount, rather than give cash.
