Do you provide adoption benefits?

We currently provide for 6 calendar days off with pay when an employee adopts a child. We have an employee who is asking if we would consider also providing a financial benefit to assist with the high cost of adopting. We're a very family focused company and want to at least consider such a benefit, but I have no idea what is standard/reasonable for this kind of benefit. Any thoughts?

Not that I'm against this idea, but do you provide financial assistance to ee's who are having trouble conceiving or to help defray the costs of delivery?
