Education Reimbursement Policies

Does anyone have an education reimbursement policy they would be willing to share? We are looking at revising our current policy for budget reasons and was curious what other companies offer.

I would also appreciate knowing what other private owned companies are doing on this matter.     I would really appreciate any input here. We hope to complete our handbook update by end of year along with benefit renewals and typical year end closings. We are getting busy!
