If you have locations in the bay area, I would like to know the following informaiton:
1. Actual or anticipated salary increase % for each employee group this year (hourly, salaried non-exempt, and salaried exempt respectively)
2. Actual or anticipated bonus (as a % of base pay) for each employee group this year.
3. Current dollar amount of monthly employee contribution towards medical benefits.
4. Percent of actual or anticipated increase in monthly employee contribution towards 2008 medical benefits.
5. The Company's health care plan design to include medical plan deductible, co-pay, out-of-pocket maximum and drug co-pay, and any other general comments about medical plans offered, such as high and low deductible plans, etc.
We try to figure out a reasonable buget for our compensation package. Any iinput from you is greatly appreciated.
