Paid Time Off vs. Traditional Time Off

Hello! I am a part-time HR Manager for several companies and am research PTO versus Traditional time off policies. One of my companies is non-profit and the other is for-profit.
My primary interest is to find "industry standard" information regarding both types of policies and, possibly, for both non-profit and for-profit.
Does anyone know where I can gain this kind of information. I've contacted SHRM and haven't heard back yet from them. Also understand that there was a "Paid Time Survey 2005" research paper done by HR Hero but can't find it on their website.
Appreciate any help I can get!

We do not have a Paid Time Survey 2005 on our site, as far as I know.
