Hello Everyone, I am new to the forum so if the request is redundant I apologize.
I work for a small mfg. company and I am looking for examples of performance evaluations and/or scorecards that you may use to evaluate employees and managers. We employ Assembly workers, Engineers, Detailers, Sales People, Finance and Clerical.
Any help you can give me would be great.
