COBRA Open Enrollment

It is Open Enrollment for our Section 125 Health Plan. Currently we have 4 people on COBRA. We have had 6 terminations within the last month and don't know if any of these will be electing COBRA.

My question -- what information do I send them?

I also send out with our Open Enrollment packets some of the notices required -- special enrollment rights, pre-existing general notice, medicare, cobra, privacy practices, etc.

Should I send these to the COBRA participants and potential participants???
