My company recently won a Spotlight Award, part of the Arkansas Governor's Family Friendly Employer Awards. You can see specifics of why we won the award on our website: [url]www.bgark.com[/url].
The awards are given to recognize "...Arkansas employers for establishing and providing resources that support employees in balancing the needs of both work and family.
I was wondering how many other states offer similar awards. Does anyone know of any national awards of this type? Thanks for your help!
