Looking for Relocation Vendor References

We are looking for references on 2 relocation vendors we've received bids from. Does anyone have news about AIReS (American International Relocation Solutions)or Xonex? Looking for performance evaluations--good and bad.

a vendor that coordinates the relocation of your employees, from getting a real estate agent to sell and obtain a home, coordinating the move of household goods, etc.

I had a friend that was such a vendor. It is actually a brokerage type position that has contacts with realtors or rental agents, moving companies, mortgage companies, and the chamber of commerce for the city a person is moving to. They provide info about the community, the schools, hospitals, cost of living ..........

The one story my friend used to tell was about a lady that was more interested in where the veterinarian was located more than anything else. She had 5-6 purebred dogs.
