I need some reassurance from you guys…

I need to mail out COBRA election package to a former employee. This employee had health insurance through us but only single coverage. I don’t have to notify his spouse/family of the COBRA, right?

I am drawing a blank this morning….

Correct. At this point he doesn't have any qualified beneficiaries to notify.
