Health Insurance

We have always paid 100% of our SALARIED MANAGEMENT employees health insurance premium. We had no concern about doing this since all employees in this CLASS were bing treated equally; however, premiums are becoming so onerous that we now plan for the first time to ask these SALARIED MANAGEMENT employees to participate in the cost. There is a wide salary range within this SALARIED MANAGEMENT group and we are considering a participation rate porportionate to the individual salaries. We realize by doing this all employees in the SALARIED MANAGEMENT class will no longer be treated the same. Have any of you faced this situation?
