I am embarrassed to ask this question, however – An employer offers both a group health plan and a separate dental plan, can an employee electing COBRA pick just one of the plans? The GHP and the dental plan are separate policies and offered by different organizations. An employee can elect medical insurance and/or dental insurance when he is eligible under our policies.
