Does anyone have an approximate percentage of what non-mandatory benefits cost your company? I know from research that it will vary slightly depending on the area of the country but would like to get some sort of feel where others are.
We are in the service arena with approximately

Is this what you were after?
I guess it would have been easier to say, what % do you calculate for Paid Leave, Holidays, Retirement and all Insurance including LIfe and Disability. I realize that some of these will vary a % or two but I was just wanting to get a ballpark figure to include in a report I am compiling.
How's that stack up to you guys?
