PTO Cash Out Rate and Frequency?

At what rate (i.e. 100%, 75%, etc.) do you allow employees to cash out their PTO balances? What is the maximum that they may cash out relative to their balance? How frequently throughout they year may employees elect to cash out a portion of their PTO balances

At the end of each year, our employees may elect to roll over up to 40 hours of PTO into the following year and/or be paid out for up to 68 hours of PTO.

Our employees are allowed to accumulate up to 240 hours of PTO (carry over from year to year) and cash out at 100% up to 40 hours any fiscal year.

2. 80 hours of sick and leave a balance of 40
Must have combined 240 sick and vacation to cash out
3. 2x per year
