401k plans and vendors

We are currently in the process of evaluating 401k products and are leaning heavily toward Fidelity. HOWEVER, I'm a skeptic who doesn't believe sales hype that the best product ever and we won't have hardly any work to do at all! Yeah right, heard that one before! Anyway, do any of you have experience with the Fidelity 401k and specifically, how has the front-end HR administration been.

    I can only dream about going back to Fidelity. They have excellent administration for both small and large plans. Their cost for middle market is leaving Fidelity out of the realm of possibility for my current company.

    Their plan sponsor webstation is awesome and the past two companies I worked with that had Fidelity had excellent service.
