Would like to know the specifics of each and the "Cons & Pros" of each. Can anyone suggest some good sites???

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but if you search the newsletter archives on this site, there is info that might help. On the home page, log into the system (in the upper right corner). Then search the archives for this: "New health savings account: a new benefit option." Be sure to click on either "All States" or "New York" before you run the search. An article with the above title from the February 2004 issue of New York Employment Law Letter should pop up. If you can't find it, let me know.
