Does your company have a severance policy for people laid off due to lack of work, and if so what is it, how many emps do you have, and are you for profit or not?
We recently had our first layoff during my tenure. We awarded severance of two weeks per year, no less than 1 month, no more than six. We are non profit, 150 emps.
