Cobra NEW not. rules!

I have rec'd countless emails and faxes for seminars and regarding the NEW NOTIFICATION RULES for Cobra. Does anyone know what the CHANGES are without having to spend the $200 bucks for the seminar? I send out a 3 page notifcation now and was wondering if this all needs changing. It is always something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know diddly about COBRA, but you can find a good article, "DOL issues final COBRA notice regulations," in the Subscribers Area of this website.

If you haven't done this before, just use the HR Answer Engine to search for articles containing the word [i]COBRA[/i] in 2004 in All States.
