IRS Site Search - any experts?

I thought I was a fairly competent user of various internet sites, but I stumble on the irs.gov site time after time when I try to find specific info. Has anyone mastered the IRS site? What I'm specifically looking for is an online version of the rules that govern section 125 plans (pre-tax contributions for health plans). Anyone have suggestions for stupid me?x:-/

thanks for your reply. I'm really looking for more detailed info regarding life status changes - what ones are valid, what changes can be made for the valid events, etc.

When looking at what is allowable as it relates to your 125 Plan, don't forget to look at your actual plan document and SPD. Your plan may be more restrictive than the IRS regulations, and if your plan did not adopt the final regulations regarding permitted election changes you may find yourself limited.
