What are the requirements in the state of Arizona for posting information on HIPAA?

    [font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 02-10-04 AT 07:01PM (CST)[/font][br][br]Simply stated, HIPAA is a body of federal law dealing with the portability and accountability of health coverage and privacy. Notification requirements reside in plan documents and insurance policies, business associate agreements, etc., and, to my knowledge, are not the subject of postings required by state or federal law. If anyone in another state has input, please let us know.
