Sure. Sounds like it might be part of your overall 'wellness' initiative. Lots of companies do the free cholesterol screening and BP and other wellness screenings free for employees. I see no problem other than the cost factor in offering to pay for your employee physical examinations. I certainly would not advocate doing them onsite or having access to the information eminating from the exam. Nice perk.
Just another thought. If you're self insured, you might check with your broker or sponsor to see if you could include a fully paid or limited ($300) check up with your coverage. It may be cheaper in the long run. Or it may not be, I'm not sure.
