COBRA Question

I have a former ee who elected COBRA coverage for herself and her 2 children. She now wants to drop her 2 children and just keep the COBRA coverage for herself. Is she able to do this?

Yes, she is able to do that, by not paying for them; however, I would tell her that once she drops them, they cannot get back on, as COBRA. Each covered person has an individual COBRA right.
