Received notice of proposed settlement in class action suit against Merck-Medco. Having read it, I have a feeling I don't care because the real beneficiary seems to be the attorneys. Anybody else got the notice and if so, what are you doing about it?

They have agreed to a $42.5 M settlement of a class action suit without admitting guilt. You should have received notice of the settlement already, if not, ask your TPA or insurer. I believe the settlement actually goes back a few years, so maybe you weren't using them at the time. I expect if we join the settlement that we'll get $3.50. : (

We are self-insured. I pass any class action info on to our TPA's subrogation department.
