Executive Vacation Plans

Does anyone have information regarding vacation plans for executives? Are they on the same plan as the rest of the company? Or do they have a separate plan? Any input would be appreciated.

    Managers and above receive four weeks and certain professional positions (prevailing industry practice), three; everyone else has two weeks. Vacation time for all employees, including the managerial and professional types,is accrued weekly; vacation policies (which define paraameters for vacation payment, etc.) apply to all employees, as well.
