Restoration of Length of Service

Would anyone be willing to share their policy regarding restoration of length of service following a reduction in force / lay-off? We have an employee who has returned to work after being laid off for only two weeks. Your feedback is appreciated!

For any associate that is RIF'd or quits on their own, we take them back and it's as if they never left IF the break is less than 365 days.
