Has anyone had to draft or even sign a BAC? We are just not getting in to this part, we have to be HIPAA compliant April 2004. I am curious as to which party if either is required to draft these contracts, who all we need this contract with and what all needs to be in the contract...so that I can begin to draft or know what to look for when reading them.
We received one from our Dental and Vision insurance company and are in the process of reviewing it. Any help here would be great x:-/

I don't think you're being ignored. We don't have them. Hmmmm. Kind of interesting to me, too. I'll check back.
