Policy for Retirement Benefits

Recently we discussed providing benefits for retirees. There were a lot of great comments. Does anyone have a policy that they can share?

We will be offering these benefits in the next three months. Our attorneys are writing the policy as we speak. As soon as I get it I would be happy to share.

We adopted a policy in October, 2002. It's based on length of service and age. I'll dig it out (it's on disk, somewhere), and send a copy.
