Have any of you had any experience with using this benefit for employees? I got some information on it and it sounds like a great employment benefit from an EAP perspective. For those of you who have no idea of what I am talking about...this is a company that has certified chaplains that visit the workplace once a week, offering encouragement to the employees. If an employee needs to meet personally with the chaplain about an issue, they can make an appointment with the chaplain at that time. It could be at lunch, at breaktime or by phone. A toll free number is also furnished if an employee has an emergency. This is confidential to the employee and nothing is discussed with the employer.

I have no idea of the costs of this, but am just wondering if any of you have knowledge of or have used this service.
