Scholorship plans

Like most hospitals, we are greatly in need of RN's. With that in mind, we are looking at various reimbursement/education/scholorship methods to attract people into an RN program and also to grow some current employee's. We are considering having current employees work 20 hours, pay them for 40 and also pay their tuition. In turn we would require graduating RN's to pay us back in service years. Does anyone else have a plan such as this that you would be willing to share? If so, do you also pay for current RN's to obtain their BSN or Master's? Thanks for any and all help.
