We are a small CT non-profit( budget approx. $300,000, 3 FT and 2 lPT employees) We are reviewing our benefits( vacation, sick time, personal time, vacation schedule, holidays, etc). Also, do you provide benefits to part time employees? I would appreciate feedback from similar size agencies in the New England area. Thanks
