I have two sales people who spend approx 60% of their time traveling across country. They are enrolled in the Health Insurance Program, however I would like to offer them Supplemental Accident Insurance to be paid by the company. We currently have a program for supplemental insurance that is paid 100% by the employees, the company make no contribution. Would I be putting myself at risk by paying for Supplemental Accident for my traveling sales people but not any other employee. They would not be classified as Highly-Compensated or Key Employees.
Thanks
