Benefit Pay Provided to Employees

I'm gearing up for open enrollment and am expecting our insurance premium bids any day now. I was wondering how much your organization offers to full-time employees in terms of helping them pay their insurance premiums? We offer $394 per month toward an employee's medical and dental insurance premiums. I'd like to offer our employees a comparison sheet so they appreciate what we offer in terms of what other employers offer. Thanks so much!

We pay 90% of our employee's premiums. For a single person it is 272.83 per month we will pay 245.50, a family is 718.40 we will pay 646.50.

We pay 70-80% of the premium depending on which plan and which tier of coverage they elect. It is scaled back for dependent coverage and people electing the more expensive PPO plan.
