Carving out - Halloween Style

Sorry about the lead in, but in the spirit of Halloween I need
to ask the question, how many of you are going to do carve outs
in your health plans to save 2003 benefit budgets? We are thinking
prescription costs, but unfortunately we have several employees
that are high utilizers.

We currently pay 90% of the ees premium and 70% of the dependents.
Guess what, we are cutting our share of dependent coverage to 0%.

I still am in search of some additional $$$. Anyone else doing
something creative.
