  • Michelle: I trust you won't adopt your Military/Vets policies based on what others in your particular industry do. Have you reviewed the USERRA regulations? You can access that at [url]http://www.dol.gov/dol/vets[/url]. These are the federal regulations affecting all employers as relates to responsibilities of the employer and rights and obligations of the service member. These apply to any of our guardsmembers or reservists who get called into federal military service. If, on the other hand, you're looking to see what your industry grants IN ADDITION TO USERRA, I look forward to reading the posts. Don x:-)

    Yes we are familiar with the USERRA guidelines, however we are, as you mentioned, looking to find out what other Companies in our industry are doing in addition to this or if they have been creative with their additions to the government regulations.
