PTO Accrual

Someone (my boss) recently told me that he had heard that accruing PTO time while on vacation(PTO) was illegal. I personally don't believe this but he
wants me to research it. Anyone else ever heard of this? Can anyone tell me
where I might find some information relating to this. Any help would be appreciated.

It might be a state law in OK, but I doubt it. It is not a state law in Kansas and it is certainly not a federal law. Anyone from OK know the answer to this?

I don't think that I have ever seen anything (federal law) that prohibits you from making the accruals during a vacation absence. I think that I have seen cases in the opposite direction, instances where you are mandated that you MUST continue the accruals and other benefits etc.
