Sr. Manager Benefits

Another benefit question. Do any of you give additional benefits to members of your sr. management team such as more vacation time, paid insurance, etc.? If so what benefits and how much.

All ee's have the same insurance benefits and all the family insurance (health,dental,vision) is paid by the company. But, when we're at the job offer stage with most of the senior level jobs, its been my experience that they typically 'negotiate' an additional week or more of vacation and typically its accepted. We don't give it up front though because it's a higher level job; just if it's negotiated at offer stage. Other than that all our benefits are the same.
  • Our senior management has an increased pension benefit over the rest of us. It is a recent thing and has done nothing for morale, but that wasn't the question :)
  • Our management receives paid parking and additional life insurance. Other than that all benefits are the same.
